The Kitchen Warrior series was created for Eickhorn Enthusiasts. Inspired by some existing (and discontinued) Eickhorn Outdoor and Professional Knives, we have created high quality kitchen knives. 

Currently, the Kitchen Warrior Series consists of a Vegetable Knife (KW NB-K), a German-Style Chef's Knife (KW SEK-K), a Santoku (KW GTK-K) and a Bread Knife (KW KM 2000-K). 

These feature Eickhorn Professional knife steel, excellent sharpness, and handle materials that have been proven in military use. Handles are sealed and bonded using a modern composite process to ensure no microbe ingress between blade and handle.
