The Eickhorn Kiridashi is our take on the traditional japanese Kiridashi Kogatana workknife, which allows a variety of different uses. 

The blade is made of Eickhorn Professional stainless steel and features a needle fine tip, enabling extremely precise working, whether you're making pulling or pushing cuts. It is a single-bevel grind, ergo one side is completely flat, allowing precise use with, for example, carpenter's squares.

Traditionally Kiridashi are sold with no "handle", and the craftsman would either use it bare, wrap the tang with cord, or craft a wooden or bamboo handle, the latter of which we have provided for by pre-drilling holes into the blade. 

A kydex sheath is included, although customizations to the tang will require a new sheath. Available in two different versions, for lefties and righties!
